  • Katya Makarova

    "I constantly seek innovative approaches to showcase the beauty of the Russian language and culture. By integrating knowledge of neuroscience and learning strategies, I deliver effective and engaging sessions that enhance and streamline the language learning process."

    With over 10 years of teaching experience, Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching and a Master's Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation. She works with learners of all levels and prepares students for the internationally recognised Russian TORFL exam.

    With more than 11 years of experience in education, Lana specialises in teaching Russian to native and non-native speakers of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. She holds a degree in linguistics and has taught students from various backgrounds, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs and goals.

I enjoy teaching Beginner 1 levels, where I can share the excitement of starting this language journey. My natural positive energy, enthusiasm, and caring nature are the tools I bring to every class."
    Most of Inga’s career has been in tertiary and public/private education. Russian teacher at Sydney school of languages/Manager within residential college of Sydney University/Office Manager and Interpreter at Immigration firm, Sydney, Australia, and Interpreter/Translator at the Australian Embassy in Rome.
